Summary
This policy states the notice to be posted on all reproduction equipment available to users.
Purpose
To comply with the requirements of 17 USC § 108(f)(1).

Policy
The following notice shall be posted near all reproduction equipment available to users:
- “NOTICE: The copyright law of the United States (Title 17 U.S. Code) governs the making of photocopies or reproductions of copyrighted material. The person using this equipment is liable for any infringement.”
The Libraries or library employees are not liable for unsupervised copying on reproduction equipment.
