
Levi Davis

Levi Davis has been active in the North Texas community as a municipal government as well as a business leader, and educator for over 30 years. After completing his military service, he began his career serving the city of Dallas in 1973 and was appointed Assistant City Manager from 1978 to 1986 and again from 1990 to 1998. His responsibilities included such departments as the Police, Fire, Health & Human Services, Water Utilities, Streets & Sanitation, and Convention and Event Services.
Davis has held executive positions at several prominent investment banking firms and also taught courses in public administration and government at several area colleges. Most recently, Davis was the Managing director of Siebert Williams Shank & L.L.C., the nation’s 12th ranked municipal investment banking firms. He also was Board Chairman of the Methodist Health System and has served on other boards including First Texas Bank, Dallas Symphony, Community Council of Greater Dallas, KERA and the State Fair of Texas. Davis additionally is a member of the Dallas Salesmanship Club.
He graduated from Texas Christian University and received his master’s degree from the University of Texas at Arlington. Recipient of the University of Texas at Arlington’s Distinguished Alumnus Award in 1996.
