Join the Discovery Park Library and the Center for Leadership Development for an interactive workshop designed to help STEM students communicate the value of their coursework, projects, research, internships, and leadership experiences.
Employers want to understand the skills you’ve developed, the challenges you’ve tackled, and the impact you’ve made. This workshop will help you translate your experiences into compelling examples for resumes, cover letters, interviews, networking conversations, and career fairs.
During this workshop, you will learn how to:
- Identify transferable skills gained through technical and academic experiences
- Communicate your accomplishments with clarity and confidence
- Connect your experiences to leadership and career-readiness competencies
- Develop stronger resume bullet points and interview examples
- Build a professional narrative that highlights your value to employers
You’ll leave with practical tools you can use throughout your academic and professional journey.
