While most AI training focuses on technical skills related to AI, this session focuses on the people experiencing it. As AI rapidly changes the workplace, many employees are grappling with uncertainty, fear, and questions about their future value. This practical workshop helps participants understand why AI can feel uniquely threatening, identify the fears driving their anxiety, reconnect to the deeper purpose behind their work, and leave with a concrete plan for moving forward.

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

  • Explain why AI can feel uniquely threatening in the workplace.
  • Recognize common fears and concerns related to AI.
  • Identify strategies for managing uncertainty and anxiety.
  • Reconnect with their value and purpose at work.
  • Develop a personal action plan for navigating AI-driven change.
